Sales Lead/Legal Assistant
EMV ( and MasurLaw ( are looking for a checklist oriented go-getter with legal training to perform two completely different roles, one for EMV, the other for MasurLaw.  The first role will be to coordinate and follow up on sales leads for EMV clients to achieve our specific objectives for each client.  The MasurLaw role is to serve as a legal assistant to perform detail-oriented legal work on behalf of our partners and associates.  You must be simultaneously or at different times a gregarious and fun people person, an anal checklister, and a completely scrupulous and detail-oriented contract lawyer with an eye for the misplaced comma and double period..   The position starts part time, but based on your success can evolve into a full time paid position.

We are looking for an energetic, organized, intelligent and motivated intern who has a strong interest in music, art, fashion, and technology.  You will work alongside experienced entertainment lawyers and PR professionals to serve a variety of progressive clients in new and developing industries.  This intern position is available to college students and college graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the entertainment, media, and technology industries.  Duties include scheduling, organizing files, assisting with event planning, and overseeing our phone system.

We are looking for a fifth year legal associate with extensive experience in the transactional legal tasks pertaining to the entertainment and technology industries.  A thorough understanding of intellectual property law, contract law, and corporate law is required.  Duties include drafting and negotiating licenses, distribution agreements, sales agreements, employment agreements, and various corporate documents.  This position requires a real “self-starter” who can initiate client interaction and aggressively pursue legal tasks to their completion.

Senior Attorney
We are looking for a senior attorney with at least fifteen years of transactional legal experience in the entertainment and technology industries.   Candidates must have proven experience overseeing a team of experienced attorney and delegate work in an efficient and productive manner.  Duties include drafting and negotiating licenses, distribution agreements, sales agreements, employment agreements, and various corporate documents, and assisting the founding partner of MasurLaw with client outreach and client development.
