There is one good thing and one bad thing about working with Masur & Associates in the mobile space. The good thing is that they were part of this revolution very early on. As a result they are very aware of all the intricacies and most recent evolutions in a space characterized by constant changes in an already complex web of intellectual property rights involving multiple players.
